In all our matters, J. Marcos Perales Piña and Jesus Perales chart the underlying strategy and perform the essential legal analysis. If the client agrees in advance, we sometimes associate with other attorneys in our larger matters. We associate only with attorneys who have excellent backgrounds and meet our professional standards.

Mr. J. Marcos Perales Piña is the U.S. firm's lead litigator, and he also supervises our litigation group. In our litigation group we employ two paralegals who are fully bilingual in English and Spanish and have excellent legal training: Griselda Rodriguez is an experienced paralegal and is a graduate of New Mexico State University. Ms. Rodriguez works in our litigation group as Mr. Perales’ principal assistant. She is particularly skilled at reviewing, analyzing and organizing evidence. Veronica Del Hierro has a legal assistant degree from BSI. She works directly with Mr. Perales Piña to review and organize evidence in our largest matters. Ms. Rodriguez and Ms. Del Hierro are fluent in Spanish and English, and they are both dedicated, conscientious professionals who excel at their work. In addition, Mr. Perales Piña sometimes collaborates with other attorneys in certain of his larger matters, and he can readily assemble a team of first-rate litigators for the largest efforts that require more substantial staffing.

Mr. Jesus Perales is the firm's lead attorney for Mexican Litigation, and he also employs one legal assistant, other attorneys when appropriate for specific assignments, and a team of excellent paralegals. We also work with highly regarded lawyers in Cd. Juarez and Chihuahua.

From offices in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Perales Law Group serves clients in Silver City, Deming, Lordsburg, Alamogordo, Truth or Consequences, Hobbs, Carlsbad, Ruidoso and Roswell.
